Going to have a go at commuting from Emsworth as we love our house down here and don't really want to move.

Still though, you'll be around, so let me know if you fancy meeting up after work some time. I don't envy you your commuting time, but at least you can get through a lot of books and it shouldn't be too crowded from that far out.

I quite like the train so shouldn't be too bad... in theory I will get a choice of where I want to work so will try and get somewhere close to a station I can go to direct (it's only an hour and 15 mins to waterloo) so I don't have to fanny around with tubes too much!

I'm going to have a go at commuting and see how it goes. It's only an hour and twenty minutes to waterloo on the train and in theory they should give me a choice of where I want to work.
